- 2002–2003 Kumari B. Sunitha (Prathiba Awardee) stood first in Khairatabad Mandal by securing 559 marks.
- 2003–2004 Kumari Sowjanya (Prathiba Awardee)
- 2005–2006 Kumari B. ANJALI secured state 9th Rank 578/600 marks. (Prathiba Awardee)
- 2005–2006 Master K. Anil Kumar (Prathiba Awardee) 574/600 marks.
- 2007-2008 Master B. Nagaraj stood school first by securing 559/600 marks.
- 2008-2009 Master T. Satish Kumar stood school first by securing 559/600 marks.
- 2009-2010 G. Prakash Chowdary stood school first by securing 576/600 marks.
- 2010-2011 A. Mamatha stood school first by securing 574/600 marks, and 104 students got above 500 marks.
- 2011-2012 – GPA 9.8 by 9 students, 9.7 by 9 students
- 2012-2013 – GPA 9.8 by 10 students, GPA 9.7 by 11 students.
- 2013-2014: It is proud to say that Sri Sairam High School dominated SSC Result – 2014 by securing GPA 10/10: 4 students, and a GPA of 9 & above: 88 students.
- B. ANJALI of X standard stood in 9th place in the state by securing 578 marks and also got the Pratibha Award for the year 2005-2006.
